For Penny Jadwin, a problem does not exist for which there is no solution. Penny is a teacher, a professional staff developer, educational consultant, author and a coach with over 26 years experience building the capacity of the members of the educational communities with which she partners.

Penny’s seminars and workshops are highly interactive, characterized by there immediate practical application to the classroom. As co-author of Reading to Learn: Comprehension Instruction, Penny has been able to impact over 3,000 teachers of grades 3 to 12 in developing instructional strategies that would enhance student achievement in reading throughout content area classrooms.

Penny’s hand on capabilities have permitted her to significantly impact teachers and administrators across the country through her pioneering work on integrating balanced literacy, differentiated instruction and assessment in making marked changes on teachers behavior which will powerfully impact student achievement.
