
The following information is provided for Drexel University students taking online PLS courses.
- Pre-Class Instructions
Please read the Online Pre-Class Instructions to assure you are ready for your online course. - Tuition
Tuition, materials, and applicable shipping fees are due no later than the first day of class. To pay the balance of your tuition with a MasterCard or Visa by phone, call 866-PLS-CLAS (866-757-2527) or mail a check or money order to:

- Dropping a Class
If you choose to drop a class, please complete the Add/Drop/Withdrawal form and contact David Appleton at Drexel (215-895-2003). You must also contact PLS at 866-PLS-CLAS (866-757-2527). - Drexel Registration
First Time Students:
The following forms must be submitted before a grade will be released. Paper forms must be mailed to the address below. Some forms can be completed online. Please check the instructions on each form.
A. Intent to Enroll form
B. Graduate Admissions Application
C. There is a one-time $50 application fee for Drexel. The fee is waived if you apply online.
D. You must submit a copy of your final undergraduate transcript with the degree and date conferred.
E. For each class taken, you must submit an Add/Drop/Withdrawal form. Write the class title beside the EDUC number, which is EDUC: 775 for all online courses except Teaching Through Learning Channels® Online, which is EDUC: 782. Leave the ID# blank. Drexel will fill this in after they receive your paperwork.
Returning Students:
The following forms must be submitted:
A. For each class taken, you must submit an Add/Drop/Withdrawal form. Write the class title beside the EDUC number, which is EDUC: 775 for all online courses except Teaching Through Learning Channels® Online, which is EDUC: 782. Leave the ID# blank. Drexel will fill this in after they receive your paperwork.
B. If you are a student who has taken a PLS class at Drexel more than one year ago, you also need to fill out a Re-Admission Form.
If ANY of these forms are missing, Drexel will not release a grade!

- Drexel ID and Pass Code
All students must create their own ID and pass code by going to the Drexel website. You'll find the "Click here to pick up your first accounts" link on the left of the log in screen. This will create your DrexelOne email, banner pin, domain user ID, and pass code. If you need assistance with this service, please email the IRT Accounts Office at Drexel, or call 215-895-2698 (Information Resources and Technology).
- Grades
You may receive your grade report from the DrexelOne Portal using your user ID and pass code (see above). - Transcripts
Print out and mail the Transcript Request form to the address located on the bottom of the form.
Note: The date grades are submitted determines when the course grade will be included on the transcript. Grades must be posted by the final date of the term to be included on the transcript. For example, Drexel's fall 2007 term must end no later than December 17, 2007 and if grades are not submitted by that date, the course will be considered winter term and grades will not be available until March 18, 2008.

- Reporting Act 48 Credit Hours for Drexel University
Act 48 hours/credits need to be approved by the credit provider. In Drexel's case, each student must complete the Act 48 Request for Hours/Credits form online. Follow the prompts to submit your request.
- Course Evaluation
When your course is completed, you must print and fill out the Continuing Professional Education Learning Experience evaluation (Course Evaluation form) and mail it to:
